Do I own my website?
You own your domain and all your content, always. The site is built and maintained on our platform as part of the subscription, like Shopify or Squarespace — but with a real team behind it. If you ever leave, we'll export your content for you.
What counts as a "small edit"?
Text changes, new photos, updated prices or hours, swapping a service, adding a testimonial — anything that takes us under about 30 minutes. On Growth and Scale these are unlimited. Bigger projects (a new section, a shop) are quoted up front, never a surprise.
How long until my site is live?
Most sites go live within 14 days of the kickoff call. Starter sites are often quicker. We'll give you a firm date after we've seen your content.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No lock-in contract and no setup fee. You pay the monthly (or annual) price and can cancel any time. We only ask for a month's notice so we can hand over your content cleanly.
What if I already have a website?
Great — we'll redesign it. We move your content, keep what's working for search, set up redirects so you don't lose rankings, and switch over with no downtime.
